With the vaccination programme picking up speed and millions of people in the UK receiving their second dose, there is an air of optimism about returning to ‘business as usual’. And this will herald the return of the corporate event. Many office-based companies have been able to continue trading via the virtual world during the lockdowns, but there has been one significant difference. There have been no corporate events, and many of us have really missed being able to gather together. This means that when we do get back to organising corporate events and office parties, they’ll be bigger and better than ever before to make up for lost time and to wow clients, visitors and staff.

Awards – Everyone loves recognition, and business award ceremonies are a wonderful way to celebrate success. They’re a great excuse to dress up and relax for the evening, and many people use award ceremonies as a way to network with other successful companies, as well as showing gratitude and appreciation to staff members by inviting them as guests. The downside of award ceremonies is that they can be quite long, and while every winner loves their time in the limelight, the energy can dip for everyone else. So shake things up a bit with cabaret magic. My magic will grab everyone’s attention, get them re-engaged, and ramp up the enthusiasm. 

Staff away days – Staff away days and training days can be very intense. They’re usually long days and by necessity have to fit in lots of information and activities. Using my cabaret magic as a bit of fun entertainment in the middle of the day or to round off the afternoon will be a great way of thanking everyone for their hard work. 

Exhibitions – Trade shows and exhibitions are often huge affairs, attracting thousands of visitors. The main aim is to network with suppliers and customers, but with so much going on, there’s a lot to take in. You can make your brand more memorable by hosting cabaret magic on stage.
