You have chosen your dream wedding venue and it’s got everything you need… except the space! You don’t want to feel obliged to hire a larger venue that’s not ‘right’ for your big day, nor do you want to cut back on the number of guests.

Luckily there is an alternative. Especially if you’re planning a summer wedding.

Enlarge the space provided at the venue of your dreams by hiring a marquee. In my experience, this kind of arrangement can work extremely well at Offley Place, which can cater for around 50 guests in the building, but almost as many as you’d like in a marquee outside.

One of the main reasons for a marquee wedding is that you get the best of both worlds, the setting of a stunning country house with its beautiful gardens and grounds perfect for the photographs and the space you need to have all the guests you want which enhances the magical atmosphere of your special day.

Magic in Marquees

Marquees have a big advantage for a wedding magician, in that they usually give me lots of space to perform my magic in! It makes it easy for me to dazzle your guests at the tables between courses of the meal. If it’s a lovely summer’s day, instead of being indoors and getting too hot and stuffy in a smaller room, you can engineer it so you can have as much fresh air as you need!
